No subscription and no automatic renewal. CargoQuill Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.

1. Free access

Eligible users may generate one complete document pack free of charge. Availability is recorded on the device and may use Apple iCloud key-value storage to keep the allowance consistent across devices. Reinstalling the app or changing devices does not guarantee another free pack.

2. Pro Lifetime benefits

After a successful purchase, Pro unlocks unlimited supported shipment and document-pack generation, access to the professional templates offered in the current app, and unlimited supported PDF regeneration and sharing. “Unlimited” means no app-imposed generation count for normal personal or internal-business use; device, storage, platform, legal, and technical limits still apply.

3. Price and payment

The U.S. reference price is currently US$6.99. Apple displays and charges the final localized price, currency, and applicable taxes for your storefront. Apple may adjust equivalent local prices. The purchase is billed once and does not renew or create recurring charges.

4. Purchase identity and restoration

Apple processes payment through the App Store. RevenueCat validates and restores the Pro entitlement. No CargoQuill account is required. To restore access on a compatible device, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple account that made the purchase. Restoration depends on Apple’s receipt records, service availability, and applicable App Store rules.

5. Refunds

All billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple under App Store policies and applicable law. CargoQuill cannot directly issue an App Store refund. Request one through Apple’s purchase support channels.

6. Lifetime meaning and changes

“Lifetime” means access to the purchased Pro entitlement for as long as CargoQuill remains offered and technically supported for compatible Apple platforms, subject to law and these Terms; it does not promise perpetual operation of third-party services or every future feature. We may improve, replace, or retire individual templates and features for security, legal, compatibility, or product reasons without converting the purchase into a subscription.

7. Fair use and restrictions

Pro is for the purchaser’s personal or internal-business use and may not be resold, rented, transferred outside Apple-supported mechanisms, shared as a service, or used to bypass technical controls. Document accuracy and lawful trade remain the user’s responsibility under the Terms of Use.

8. Privacy and support

Purchase data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. For purchase issues, first try Restore Purchases and confirm App Store connectivity. Further questions may be submitted at CargoQuill Support.
